Coconut Apricot Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups (170 g) dried apricots
02 - 120 g chopped walnuts
03 - 208 g of sweetened condensed milk
04 - Powdered sugar, if you'd like
05 - 288 g of coconut flakes, separated into two portions

# Instructions:

01 - Get a baking sheet ready by covering it with wax or parchment paper. Leave it aside for later.
02 - Add the apricots, two cups of shredded coconut, walnuts, and condensed milk to the food processor. Blend it all until evenly mixed, which should take about 30–60 seconds.
03 - Form 1-inch balls from the mixture. Coat them by rolling in the leftover cup of coconut. You can roll them in powdered sugar instead, if you'd rather.
04 - Enjoy the coconut apricot balls right away, or store them in a sealed container in the fridge. They'll stay good there for about a week.

# Notes:

01 - Freezing these treats isn't ideal, as thawing changes the texture and makes them less dense. For events, make them a day or two in advance.
02 - You can double the amounts for more. Just shape the balls while the mix is fresh, as it dries out if left sitting too long.
