Honey Vanilla Banana (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Liquid Mix

01 - 2 large or 3 medium bananas, smashed up (makes around 1.5 cups)
02 - 1/3 cup melted, unsalted butter
03 - 1/2 cup of honey or syrup
04 - Two eggs
05 - 1/4 cup regular milk
06 - 1 tablespoon vanilla paste or extract

→ Dry Mix

07 - 1 teaspoon of baking soda
08 - 1/2 teaspoon of salt
09 - 1 and 3/4 cups of basic all-purpose flour

→ Extras for the Top

10 - Some chopped nuts
11 - A sprinkle of chocolate chips
12 - Peanut butter drizzle or icing

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 325°F and grease a loaf pan that's 8½ x 4½ inches in size.
02 - Grab a big bowl and whisk together the melted butter and honey. Mix in the eggs, bananas, milk, and vanilla until it’s all smooth.
03 - In a smaller bowl, stir the flour, salt, and baking soda together.
04 - Pour the wet ingredients over the dry mix. Stir gently just until everything comes together—don’t overdo it.
05 - Put the batter in your greased pan and add some toppings if you'd like. For banana slices, cut lengthwise and place them cut-side facing up on top.
06 - Slide the pan into the oven and bake for 50 to 55 minutes. It’s ready when a toothpick poked in the middle comes out clean.
07 - Let it sit in the pan to cool for about 15 minutes. Then move the bread to a wire rack to cool fully (wait about half an hour at least before cutting).
