Banana Pudding Brownies Bars (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Pudding Base

01 - 1 box (110 g) banana instant pudding
02 - 1 package (432 g) yellow cake mix
03 - 480 ml cold milk

→ Filling and Topping

04 - About 140 g (2 cups) vanilla wafers, broken up
05 - 2 medium bananas, sliced thin

# Instructions:

01 - Let the dessert cool all the way, then cut it up into squares and dig in.
02 - Slide the dish into your oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. If you poke the middle with a toothpick and it comes out clean, you’re good.
03 - Pour the batter into your greased pan. Scatter those chopped vanilla wafers all over the top.
04 - Carefully mix in your banana slices with a soft spatula so you don’t mush them up.
05 - Dump in the yellow cake mix. Stir until it’s all combined and nice and smooth.
06 - Whisk up the pudding mix and milk together in a big bowl until it thickens up and everything’s blended.
07 - Fire up your oven to 175°C and give a 23x33 cm pan a good spray with nonstick stuff.

# Notes:

01 - Let it finish cooling in the pan before you try cutting. You'll get neater pieces and the texture will be just right.
