Honey Lime Basil Peach (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Herbs and Sweetener

01 - Juice from half a lime
02 - 1 to 2 teaspoons honey
03 - 6 big basil leaves, sliced up nice and thin

→ Fresh Fruits

04 - Seeds from a medium pomegranate
05 - 110 grams blueberries
06 - 250 grams blackberries
07 - 4 big peaches, ripe but still holding their shape, cut into slices

# Instructions:

01 - Using tongs, gently mix everything together so the fruit gets coated evenly. Dig in right away so it tastes super fresh.
02 - Scatter those basil ribbons on top. Pour over a bit of honey and squeeze in the lime juice so it covers the fruit.
03 - Cut your peaches into slices and pile them in a big bowl with the blueberries, blackberries, and pomegranate seeds.

# Notes:

01 - Want the basil to look and smell great? Toss it in just before you serve.
02 - You can make this a day ahead—just stash it in the fridge, cover it, and wait until the last minute to add the basil so it stays bright.
03 - Pop it in a sealed container and it's good in the fridge for up to four days.
