Blueberry Breakfast Quesadilla (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 125 g frozen blueberries
02 - 2 wedges cinnamon cream cheese spread
03 - 1 big soft tortilla or flatbread

# Instructions:

01 - Cut up your warm quesadilla and dig in while it’s hot.
02 - Fold that tortilla, toss it in the skillet, and let each side cook for about 2 minutes until the outside gets nicely toasted and the berries get juicy.
03 - Give the skillet a quick spritz with cooking spray to stop any sticking.
04 - Spread your cream cheese over just one side of the tortilla, then add blueberries over that layer.
05 - Warm your nonstick skillet on medium-high. Get it hot first.

# Notes:

01 - The blueberry juice might run a little while you eat, but it actually stays together pretty well—way less messy than you’d think.
02 - Can’t find cinnamon cream cheese? Just use plain and mix in a bit of cinnamon yourself.
