Cranberry Brie Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - One 8 oz wheel of brie cheese.
02 - 1/4 cup pecans, finely chopped.
03 - A small amount of flour to dust your surface.
04 - 8 oz package of crescent roll dough.
05 - About six 1-inch sprigs of rosemary.
06 - Nonstick cooking spray.
07 - 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and spray a mini muffin tray lightly. On a surface dusted with flour, unroll the dough and smooth out the seams. Slice it neatly into 24 pieces.
02 - Gently press each dough piece into the muffin tray. Layer some brie, a spoonful of cranberry sauce, a few chopped pecans, and finish with a little sprig of rosemary.
03 - Bake for roughly 15 minutes until the pastry turns golden and puffed.
