Fresh Burrata Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 cups of crusty bread chunks.
02 - 1 pint of tiny, sweet tomatoes.
03 - 8 oz of soft and creamy burrata.
04 - 1 ripe avocado, cut into squares.
05 - 5 oz of fresh spring mix greens.
06 - 1/2 cup of fresh basil pieces.
07 - 1/2 cup of chopped green onions.
08 - 1/2 cup of olive oil.
09 - 1 tbsp of honey.
10 - 1 tsp of dijon mustard.
11 - 1/4 cup of good, thick balsamic vinegar.
12 - Salt and black pepper, as you like.

# Instructions:

01 - Fire up the oven to 350°F. Mix the bread with the oil, salt, and some garlic powder. Lay them out on a tray and bake 8-10 minutes or until they're golden brown.
02 - Blend balsamic, olive oil, mustard, honey, salt, and a bit of pepper until smooth and creamy.
03 - Start with putting the greens in a bowl. Add the tomatoes, soft cheese, croutons, and the herbs on top. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on the burrata.
04 - Toss in the avocado chunks and pour the dressing right before serving it up.

# Notes:

01 - You can make everything ready an hour ahead, except for the avocado and dressing.
02 - Go for high-quality balsamic with a thick texture—it makes a difference.
03 - Bread that's a day old works great for those crunchy croutons.
