# Instructions:

01 - Grab those cookies once they're cooled off and sip them with your favorite tea or coffee.
02 - Let the cookies sit right on the trays for a bit. Then pop them on a rack so they can cool off all the way.
03 - Slide the trays in the hot oven for about 10 to 12 minutes. You're looking for golden edges and soft middles.
04 - Before baking, toss a pinch of sea salt over each dough round.
05 - Take a spoonful of cold dough and roll it into a ball. Line them up on your baking trays but leave about 5 cm between each one.
06 - Wrap up the dough in some plastic and leave it in the fridge for half an hour. This helps them keep their shape.
07 - Stir your dry mix bit by bit into the creamy butter blend. Keep going till you've got a smooth dough.
08 - In another bowl, mix up the flour, baking powder, and salt using a whisk.
09 - Chuck in the egg and vanilla. Beat until things are totally smooth and mixed.
10 - In a big bowl, blend the soft butter with sugar using a spoon or hand mixer so it gets fluffy.
11 - Fire up your oven to 175°C and get those baking trays ready with parchment paper.

# Notes:

01 - Leaving the dough in the fridge helps the cookies keep their shape and turn out soft in the middle.
