Garlic Steak Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 450g sirloin steak, chopped.
02 - A pinch of salt and pepper.
03 - 28g butter (2 tablespoons).
04 - 5 minced garlic cloves.
05 - 120ml of beef stock.
06 - 120ml heavy whipping cream.
07 - 50g grated Parmesan cheese.
08 - Chopped fresh parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Dice up the steak into smaller pieces, then sprinkle salt and pepper over it.
02 - Heat the butter in a skillet, cook the steak bits for about 3-4 minutes, turning till brown, then take them out.
03 - Sauté the garlic in the same pan, pour in some broth, and stir up those tasty browned bits.
04 - Mix in the cream and Parmesan, let it bubble a bit till thickened, then toss the steak back in.
05 - Sprinkle parsley on top and enjoy it nice and hot.

# Notes:

01 - Spice it up with a bit of red pepper flakes.
02 - Pair it with pasta or potatoes.
03 - Tastes best when eaten right away.
