Easy Peanut Mousse (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 cup powdered sugar
02 - 1 cup heavy cream
03 - 1 cup smooth peanut butter
04 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a bowl and whip the heavy cream until the texture is light and fluffy, with firm peaks holding their shape.
02 - Using a big bowl, mix the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and some vanilla extract until it’s creamy. Set this aside for a bit.
03 - Start with 1/4 of the whipped cream. Beat it lightly into the peanut butter mix. Add half of what’s left, fold it in slowly, and do the same with the rest until it’s all smooth and blended.
04 - Fill a piping bag with the mousse using a tip that makes swirls. Pipe it into little jars or glasses. Chill for at least 30 minutes, or serve right away if you can’t wait.

# Notes:

01 - Swap peanut butter out for tahini or almond butter if you’d like.
02 - Keep this covered in your fridge, and it’ll last up to 2 weeks.
03 - If you freeze it, it’s good for half a year. Let it defrost overnight in the fridge.
