Garlic Cauliflower Mushroom (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 small head of cauliflower, broken into florets
02 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter
03 - 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
04 - 8 oz of mushrooms, thinly sliced
05 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
06 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
07 - ½ tsp Italian herb mix
08 - ½ tsp smoked paprika
09 - Salt, to your taste
10 - Black pepper, to your liking
11 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan (optional)
12 - Fresh parsley leaves to sprinkle over the top

# Instructions:

01 - Melt the butter with olive oil in a big skillet over medium heat.
02 - Toss in cauliflower pieces and cook for around 6 minutes, letting them turn golden. Drop the mushrooms in and cook an extra 4 minutes or so.
03 - Add minced garlic, paprika, Italian spices, salt, and pepper. Stir and cook for about 2 minutes until the smell of garlic is strong.
04 - Pour lemon juice on top, sprinkle Parmesan if you like, and scatter the parsley for garnish. Serve it hot.

# Notes:

01 - Want an extra crunch? Add toasted pine nuts or almonds on top.
02 - Love some heat? Mix in red chili flakes for a kick.
03 - Craving extra cheese? Melt some mozzarella into the dish before serving.
