Cover a big baking pan with aluminum foil.

Toss the pudding mix, gelatin, powdered sugar, and sprinkles (if using) into a large resealable bag.

Pour the rice cereal into a big bowl.

Microwave the vanilla bark for 1 minute, give it a stir, then heat for another minute until it’s fully melted.

Drizzle the melted vanilla bark over the cereal and stir everything until it’s evenly coated.

Dump the chocolate-covered cereal into the bag with the sugar mixture, then shake until it’s all coated.
