Cheesy Burger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 16 oz can of refrigerated biscuit dough.
02 - 1 lb of ground beef.
03 - A cup of grated cheddar cheese.
04 - Half a cup of soft cream cheese.
05 - 1 teaspoon of onion powder.
06 - 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
07 - Salt and black pepper, to taste.
08 - 2 tablespoons melted butter.
09 - A quarter cup of parmesan, grated.
10 - Chopped fresh parsley for sprinkling.

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F and prep a baking tray with a parchment sheet.
02 - Cook the ground beef until browned, get rid of any grease, then stir in cheddar, seasonings, and cream cheese until everything's mixed up.
03 - Press the biscuit dough flat, spoon the beef mix into the middle, fold it over, and pinch the edges closed tightly.
04 - Stir parmesan into the melted butter and brush it generously over the sealed dough pockets.
05 - Pop them in the oven for about 12 to 15 minutes until they're golden brown. Let them cool a little and sprinkle parsley on top.

# Notes:

01 - Try swapping the ground beef with turkey or pork.
02 - They can stay frozen for up to 3 months.
03 - Add cayenne if you want more kick.
