Steak Rice Skillet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 onion, chopped small.
02 - 1 lb steak, cut into cubes.
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
04 - 1 tbsp olive oil.
05 - 2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped.
06 - 1 cup of long-grain rice.
07 - 2 tbsp chopped parsley.
08 - 2 cups beef stock.
09 - 1 tsp paprika powder.
10 - 1 tsp dried thyme leaves.
11 - Salt and black pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook the steak in oil until it’s dark on the outside, then set it aside.
02 - Soften the onions in the same pan, then toss in garlic for a minute.
03 - Throw in the rice, seasonings, and broth. Bring it to a boil, cover, and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes.
04 - Put the steak back in, mix in cheese until gooey, and sprinkle parsley on top before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Let the rice soak up all the liquid before serving.
02 - Feel free to stir in your favorite veggies.
03 - Only one pan to clean!
