01 -
Set the oven to 375°F (190°C) and let it warm up. Coat a muffin pan lightly with nonstick spray so your bites pop out without sticking.
02 -
Take the rolled-out dough pieces and put one triangle into each cup of the muffin pan. Make sure the largest part of the triangle touches the bottom to form a little holder for the filling.
03 -
Add a generous scoop of cherry pie filling into each dough nest, about 3-4 tablespoons should do it. Don’t sweat it if a little spills out—messy can be tasty!
04 -
Fold the dough corners over the filling as best as you can, but no need to make it perfect. Bake for 13-14 minutes in the oven or until the crust turns golden and crispy.
05 -
While your bites are baking, mix up the glaze. Stir together the powdered sugar with the milk in a small bowl until no lumps are left. Adjust the thickness by adding more milk or sugar as you like.
06 -
After baking, let the bites cool down just slightly before adding the glaze. Use a spoon to drizzle the glaze over them in any pattern you want. They taste the best while warm!
