Chia Raspberry Snack (Print Version)

01 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
02 - 1/4 cup chia seeds
03 - 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
04 - 3/4 cup almond or coconut milk
05 - 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Toss raspberries, milk, vanilla, and maple syrup into a blender. Make the mixture super smooth.
02 - Transfer it to a bowl, stir in chia seeds, and whisk until it all comes together.
03 - Pop the bowl into the fridge for at least an hour, or let it sit overnight to thicken.
04 - Add your favorite toppings on top and dig in.
