Tzatziki Chicken Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
02 - 1 cucumber, diced small and seeds removed
03 - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
04 - 2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
05 - 1/4 cup chopped Kalamata olives (optional)
06 - 1 clove garlic, chopped fine
07 - Salt and pepper, as you like it
08 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice
09 - 1 cup plain Greek yogurt

# Instructions:

01 - Stir together the yogurt, cucumber, dill, garlic, and lemon juice in a bowl. Sprinkle in salt and pepper.
02 - Add all the shredded chicken to the mix. Combine everything evenly until coated.
03 - Mix in the red onion and Kalamata olives, but only if you want them.
04 - Pop it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes so the flavors really come together.
05 - Serve cold with a side dish or inside some pita bread or a wrap.
