Coffee Milkshake Chocolate Twist (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Optional: chocolate shavings for decoration
02 - Chocolate fudge sauce for a sweet finish (optional)
03 - Whipped cream for topping, if you like
04 - 120–180 ml cold brew coffee or whole milk
05 - Three scoops (about 375 ml) vanilla ice cream, let it soften a bit
06 - One teaspoon up to a tablespoon of instant espresso or coffee granules, you choose how strong
07 - 5 grams unsweetened cocoa powder

# Instructions:

01 - Pour the blended goodness into a glass you’ve chilled beforehand, swirl on chocolate fudge sauce, pile on whipped cream, and toss on a few chocolate shavings. Dig in right away!
02 - Run the blender until the shake looks totally creamy and there aren’t any chunks left. You want it nice and pourable.
03 - Scoop in that vanilla ice cream next, then pour in the milk or your cold coffee. Add more or less liquid, depending how thick you want the drink.
04 - Drop your cocoa powder and instant coffee powder (if you’re using it) into the blender jug first.

# Notes:

01 - If you want a dairy-free shake, use any leftover cold coffee you’ve got instead of regular milk.
02 - For an extra kick, throw in the full tablespoon of coffee; stick with just a teaspoon if you don’t want it too strong.
03 - Pour in more or less liquid to make your shake as thick or runny as you dig.
