Combine everything in a bowl and stir until smooth and no longer sticky. Toss in 2 more tablespoons of coconut flour if it feels sticky.

Pop the dough into the fridge to cool for about 5-10 minutes.

Drop 3-4 tablespoons of the dough onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Leave about an inch of space between each piece.

Put the cookies in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) and bake for roughly 15 minutes, or until the tops look slightly golden.
