Avocado Chocolate Chunk (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
02 - 1/3 cup coconut flour
03 - 2 cups almond flour

→ Wet Ingredients

04 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
05 - 2 large eggs
06 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar of choice
07 - 1/3 cup melted coconut oil or olive oil
08 - 1 medium avocado or 2/3 cup mashed avocado

→ Add-Ins

09 - 2/3 cup chocolate chips of choice

# Instructions:

01 - Combine everything in a bowl and stir until smooth and no longer sticky. Toss in 2 more tablespoons of coconut flour if it feels sticky.
02 - Pop the dough into the fridge to cool for about 5-10 minutes.
03 - Drop 3-4 tablespoons of the dough onto a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Leave about an inch of space between each piece.
04 - Put the cookies in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) and bake for roughly 15 minutes, or until the tops look slightly golden.
05 - Wait until the cookies are entirely cool before enjoying.

# Notes:

01 - For a lighter finish, go with light sweeteners like raw cane sugar or powdered honey. To keep it low-carb, replace with sugar-free options such as stevia or monk fruit sweetener.
