Brownie Fruit Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ To Make the Brownie Base

01 - 1 package (18 ounces) brownie mix (plus the ingredients it calls for, such as eggs, oil, and water)
02 - Non-stick spray or parchment for lining

→ For Cream Cheese Topping

03 - 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
04 - 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
05 - 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

→ Decorative Toppings

06 - A mix of fresh fruits such as kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and grapes—washed and cut as needed
07 - 1/4 cup of heated apricot jam or fruit jelly (optional for a shiny glaze)
08 - Optional: Fresh mint leaves for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven temperature according to the brownie mix box directions. Mix the batter following the instructions on the package. Use a baking sheet or pizza pan lined with parchment or lightly sprayed. Spread the batter evenly in a circle or rectangle.
02 - Put the brownie batter into your preheated oven and bake as per the package (typically about 20-25 minutes). It's ready when a toothpick poked in the center comes out clean. Cool completely by placing it on a wire rack.
03 - In a bowl, whip the softened cream cheese until smooth. Blend in the powdered sugar and vanilla essence, and keep mixing until everything's fluffy and combined. Set it aside for now.
04 - After the brownie base has cooled, spread the cream cheese mixture evenly across it, leaving a bit of space around the edges.
05 - Arrange the sliced fresh fruit over the cream cheese layer, covering the surface entirely in a fun and decorative way.
06 - For a glossy finish, lightly brush the fruit layer with melted jam or jelly. This step also helps keep the fruit looking fresh longer.
07 - Pop your creation into the fridge for an hour or so to let it firm up and flavors come together. Garnish with mint leaves if you like before chopping it into slices or squares to serve cold.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to use a boxed brownie mix or bake your go-to homemade brownie for the base.
02 - Make it a showstopper by getting creative with how you layer and display the fruits on top.
03 - Want it lighter? Swap out cream cheese frosting with Greek yogurt or whipped cream.
