Marshmallow Swirl Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Swirl Topping

01 - 120 g marshmallow fluff or creamy marshmallow spread

→ Fudge Base

02 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 28 g unsalted butter, melted
05 - 397 g sweetened condensed milk
06 - 340 g semi-sweet chocolate chips

# Instructions:

01 - After chilling, use the parchment paper to lift everything out. Slice into squares with a sharp knife, then dig in.
02 - Pop the pan in your fridge and let it sit for at least 2 hours so it firms up all the way.
03 - Drop spoonfuls of marshmallow fluff right on top and gently drag a knife through to get those lovely swirls.
04 - Set up a 20×20 cm baking pan with parchment paper and spread the chocolatey mix evenly across.
05 - Take your pan off the stove and stir in salt and vanilla. Give it a good mix till it all comes together.
06 - Chuck chocolate chips, condensed milk, and melted butter into a medium pan over low heat. Stir till it’s smooth and everything's melted.

# Notes:

01 - Want to skip the dairy? Swap in coconut condensed milk and your favorite dairy-free chocolate.
02 - If you like some bite, throw in nuts, crushed cookies, or bits of dark chocolate into the base mixture.
03 - Craving s’mores vibes? Press a graham cracker crust into the pan first, then add your fudge layer.
