Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Oreo Crust

01 - 25 Oreos (whole)
02 - 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

→ Chocolate Pie

03 - 6 oz cream cheese, room temperature
04 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
05 - 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
06 - 1/3 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt, room temperature
07 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
08 - 3.5 oz chocolate bar (72% Lindt), melted

→ Peanut Butter Pie

09 - 10 oz cream cheese, room temperature
10 - 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
11 - 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
12 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
13 - 1/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt, room temperature
14 - 2 cups heavy cream, cold
15 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
16 - 1/4 cup peanut butter, melted
17 - Peanut butter cups, for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Spray a 9-inch pie pan with nonstick spray. Blend Oreos into fine crumbs. Add melted butter; mix. Pour crumbs into pan; press into crust. Freeze while making filling.
02 - Beat cream cheese, sugar, and cocoa powder 2 minutes. Add vanilla, sour cream, and melted chocolate. Mix until combined.
03 - Beat cream cheese and sugar 2 minutes. Add peanut butter, vanilla, and sour cream. Mix until combined.
04 - Beat heavy cream and powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
05 - Fold half of whipped cream into chocolate and peanut butter batters. Spread chocolate layer on crust. Spread peanut butter layer over chocolate. Drizzle melted peanut butter; swirl. Chill 6+ hours.
06 - Add peanut butter cups. Keep chilled until serving.
