High-Protein Chocolate Pudding (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 5 cups Greek yogurt (full-fat, plain or vanilla)
02 - 4 scoops chocolate protein powder (approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons per scoop)
03 - 3 to 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
05 - 2 tablespoons maple syrup

→ Optional Toppings

06 - Whipped cream
07 - Shaved chocolate
08 - Fresh berries

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine until smooth.
02 - Cover the bowl and refrigerate the pudding for an hour, to thicken.
03 - When ready to enjoy, serve with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and berries if desired.
