01 -
Pour milk, melted butter, and vanilla into a bowl. Give it a good stir till combined.
02 -
Toss in flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix until you're left with a sticky dough.
03 -
Set your oven to 175°C and let it heat up. Sandwich the dough between parchment, then roll it out super thin—3 millimetres if you want to get precise.
04 -
Lift off the top parchment. Slice the dough into little squares about 1.25 cm each with a pizza cutter or sharp knife. Move the whole thing—parchment and all—onto a baking tray.
05 -
Slide the tray in the oven. Let it get golden and crunchy for about 10 to 12 minutes.
06 -
While it bakes, toss sugar and cinnamon together in a small bowl. Melt the rest of your butter in a separate one.
07 -
Once they're out of the oven, brush the warm squares with melted butter. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the top till it sticks.
08 -
Wait till everything's totally cool on a rack. Break up any chunks stuck together. Now eat, or stash in a sealed container for up to seven days.
