Tropical Coconut Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits

01 - 1 big banana, frozen and cut up
02 - 240 ml frozen mango pieces
03 - 240 ml frozen pineapple pieces

→ Liquid

04 - 240 ml coconut milk, use either canned full fat, light, or from the fridge
05 - 15 ml lime juice (regular or key lime)

→ Yogurt

06 - 240 ml plain Greek yogurt

# Instructions:

01 - Right when you're done, pour what you've made into glasses. Drink it cold for the best flavor.
02 - Let your blender work its magic on everything. Crank it up high until it's completely creamy and smooth.
03 - Pop the Greek yogurt, coconut milk, lime juice, banana chunks, mango, and pineapple into your blender. Lock that lid on well.

# Notes:

01 - Want it super thick? Just stick with frozen fruit. If you've only got fresh fruit, throw in up to 240 ml of ice cubes.
02 - Mix things up by swapping pineapple or mango with something like dragon fruit, guava, papaya, or even passion fruit.
03 - To make it without dairy or for vegans, pick your favorite non-dairy yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
