Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and get a baking sheet lined with parchment or lightly grease a bagel mold.

Take your blender or food processor and blend together eggs, cottage cheese, apple cider vinegar, and honey (or maple syrup) until everything is smooth.

Grab a big bowl and whisk together almond flour, powdered garlic, onion powder, baking powder, salt, and shredded cheese.

Pour the cottage cheese mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients. Stir until it turns into a thick, dough-like consistency.

Split the dough into 4-6 parts. Roll each into a rope shape, then connect the ends to make a bagel circle. Lay them on the prepared sheet or use your mold.

Brush each bagel with the whisked egg for a nice glaze. Sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning or sesame seeds on top.
