# Ingredients:

01 - ¼ cup Parmesan or shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - ½ teaspoon onion powder (if you'd like)
03 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder (your call)
04 - ½ teaspoon salt
05 - 1 tablespoon baking powder
06 - 1½ cups almond flour

→ Wet Ingredients

07 - 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
08 - 1 tablespoon honey or pure maple syrup
09 - 2 eggs, large
10 - 1 cup cottage cheese

→ Toppings

11 - 1 egg, whisked
12 - 1 tablespoon Everything Bagel seasoning or sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and get a baking sheet lined with parchment or lightly grease a bagel mold.
02 - Take your blender or food processor and blend together eggs, cottage cheese, apple cider vinegar, and honey (or maple syrup) until everything is smooth.
03 - Grab a big bowl and whisk together almond flour, powdered garlic, onion powder, baking powder, salt, and shredded cheese.
04 - Pour the cottage cheese mixture into the bowl of dry ingredients. Stir until it turns into a thick, dough-like consistency.
05 - Split the dough into 4-6 parts. Roll each into a rope shape, then connect the ends to make a bagel circle. Lay them on the prepared sheet or use your mold.
06 - Brush each bagel with the whisked egg for a nice glaze. Sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning or sesame seeds on top.
07 - Pop the bagels in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until they're golden and firm. Let them cool for a bit, about 10 minutes, before cutting into them.
08 - Enjoy warm, paired with cream cheese, some butter, or whatever spreads you love.
