Creamy Chicken and Rice Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2-3 cups cooked/shredded chicken (or diced cooked chicken)
02 - 1 package Lipton Onion soup mix
03 - 1 can cream of mushroom soup
04 - 1 can cream of chicken soup
05 - 2 cups milk
06 - 3/4 cup sour cream
07 - 1/2 cup water
08 - 2 cups minute rice (uncooked)
09 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
02 - In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken, onion mix, cream of mushroom/chicken soup, milk, sour cream, water, rice, and salt/pepper.
03 - Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
04 - Pour chicken/rice mixture into prepared pan.
05 - Cover pan with aluminum foil. Place pan in preheated oven and cook for 45 minutes.
06 - Remove foil and cook an additional 15 minutes.
07 - Remove from oven and serve!
