Decadent Coffee Mousse (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
02 - 4 ounces melted dark chocolate (cooled)
03 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream
04 - 1/4 cup cooled espresso or strong coffee
05 - 1/2 cup milk

# Instructions:

01 - Beat the cream until you see stiff peaks pop up.
02 - Mix milk, cooled coffee, confectioners' sugar, and the melted chocolate in another bowl.
03 - Carefully mix the whipped cream into the combined coffee-chocolate mixture.
04 - Spoon the mousse into small bowls or cups and pop them in the fridge for at least two hours until firm.

# Notes:

01 - You can swap in decaf coffee if you'd like.
02 - Keep covered with plastic wrap in the fridge for up to 14 days.
03 - To freeze, store it in an airtight container for no more than 6 months. Defrost overnight in your fridge.
