Creamy French Onion Beef and Noodles (Print Version)

01 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
02 - 1 lb beef stew meat
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 teaspoon black ground pepper
07 - 1 can french onion soup
08 - 2 1/2 cups beef broth
09 - 3 cups egg noodles
10 - 1/2 cup sour cream
11 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium-high heat.
02 - Add the beef stew meat and season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until browned on all sides.
03 - Add the French onion soup, beef broth, and egg noodles.
04 - Bring to a boil. Cook for about 7-10 minutes, or until the liquid has been absorbed by the pasta.
05 - Stir in the sour cream.
06 - Serve!
