Carrot Raisin Salad Sweet Creamy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing

01 - 1.25 g salt
02 - 5 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
03 - 15 ml water
04 - 15 ml honey
05 - 60 ml mayonnaise

→ Salad

06 - 150 g raisins
07 - 400 g shredded carrot

# Instructions:

01 - Wrap the bowl with some plastic wrap and let everything get nice and cold in the fridge for at least half an hour.
02 - Toss the raisins and the shredded carrots into the bowl where you prepped the dressing. Give it all a gentle stir to make sure it’s coated well.
03 - Grab a big bowl and a whisk. Dump in the mayo, honey, water, splash of lemon juice, and salt. Whisk till the sauce looks creamy and blended.

# Notes:

01 - If you want more tartness, you can swap in sour cream in place of mayo.
