Zesty Honey Mustard Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Wrap Assembly

01 - 2 whole wheat tortillas, about 25 cm wide
02 - 60 g shredded cheddar cheese
03 - 75 g cherry tomatoes, sliced
04 - 30 g radishes, thin rounds
05 - 30 g pickles, chopped up
06 - 60 g lettuce, cut up nice and thin
07 - 120 g coleslaw blend, straight from the bag
08 - 100 g air fried chicken tenders, plain without buffalo sauce

→ Honey Mustard Sauce

09 - 10 ml white vinegar
10 - 14 g honey
11 - 5 g grainy Dijon mustard
12 - 15 g mayo
13 - 30 g plain Greek yogurt

# Instructions:

01 - Pull the sides of each tortilla in, tuck up the bottom, then roll it up tight to keep everything inside.
02 - Set tortillas flat. Pile half the veggie mix in the middle of each one. Add two chicken strips to each, then sprinkle on the cheddar. Finish up by drizzling on some leftover sauce.
03 - Toss coleslaw mix, lettuce, pickles, radishes, and tomatoes in a big bowl. Pour on about three-fourths of your honey mustard sauce. Gently mix it all together so everything gets a little saucy.
04 - Grab a small bowl, add Greek yogurt, mayo, Dijon, honey, and vinegar. Whisk 'em up until smooth and all mixed.
05 - Fix up your chicken tenders with the air fryer like you usually would, just don’t add buffalo sauce. Let them cool a bit once they’re done.

# Notes:

01 - Eat these right after putting them together for the best crunch. They can get soggy if you wait too long.
