Let the apple chips sit until they've cooled down totally. Pop them in any jar with a snug lid. They'll keep for four days.

Slip the tray into your warmed oven. Bake for about 2 to 3 hours. Flip trays if you stacked more than one. Chips are done once they've dried but still bend a little.

Spread the apple pieces out flat on a baking tray sprayed lightly with cooking spray or lined with parchment. Don’t let them touch. Grab another tray if needed.

Toss your thin apple pieces in a bowl. Dust over cinnamon and sugar. Mix with your hands until all the slices look covered.

Crank the oven up to 200° F or 95° C and wait until it gets hot.
