Crispy Cinnamon Apple Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For Baking

01 - Nonstick cooking spray

→ Main Ingredients

02 - 4 McIntosh apples, peeled and cut into thin rounds
03 - 1 teaspoon regular sugar
04 - 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder

# Instructions:

01 - Let the apple chips sit until they've cooled down totally. Pop them in any jar with a snug lid. They'll keep for four days.
02 - Slip the tray into your warmed oven. Bake for about 2 to 3 hours. Flip trays if you stacked more than one. Chips are done once they've dried but still bend a little.
03 - Spread the apple pieces out flat on a baking tray sprayed lightly with cooking spray or lined with parchment. Don’t let them touch. Grab another tray if needed.
04 - Toss your thin apple pieces in a bowl. Dust over cinnamon and sugar. Mix with your hands until all the slices look covered.
05 - Crank the oven up to 200° F or 95° C and wait until it gets hot.

# Notes:

01 - Cutting your apples thicker means your chips come out chewier. Try to keep all the slices close to the same thickness for even drying.
