# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 teaspoon Italian herbs mix
02 - 16 oz (450g) Brussels sprouts, washed and ready
03 - 3 garlic cloves, chopped finely
04 - 3 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil
05 - 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated—use more if you’d like
06 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt plus freshly ground pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400ºF (200ºC) and position the rack in the center.
02 - Slice off the ends of the Brussels sprouts, then cut each one vertically into halves.
03 - Coat a rimmed baking tray lightly with oil. For easier cleanup, you can use parchment paper, but some browning may be limited.
04 - Use paper towels to get your sprouts really dry. Put them in a big bowl and toss them with garlic, Parmesan, oil, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs until everything’s coated evenly.
05 - Spread the Brussels sprouts on the prepared tray, cut side facing down in a single layer.
06 - Bake the sprouts for around 25–30 minutes in the heated oven. Make sure they’re golden and adjust timing if needed depending on your oven.
07 - Move the roasted sprouts to a serving dish and throw on some fresh parsley if you like. Enjoy right away!
