Coat the salmon bites in your bang bang sauce while they're fresh out the oven or fryer. Grab some right away and dig in.

Dump mayo, sweet chili sauce, honey, and sriracha in a bowl. Mix everything up till it's all smooth.

Stick your covered salmon pieces onto a tray lined with parchment. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 200°C or until you see a golden crunch. Or fry them in hot oil till they're crispy all over.

Toss the salmon cubes in cornstarch first, dunk in beaten eggs next, finish by rolling in panko so they get a good coat.

Dry off your salmon cubes, then season with salt and pepper.
