Set your oven to 350°F and let it warm up.

Put some parchment paper on top of a baking sheet.

In a mixing bowl (or stand mixer), combine the cake mix, eggs, and oil until dough forms.

Grab a cookie scoop, create dough portions, and place them on the sheet.

Sprinkle Easter decorations on top, gently pressing to stick them to the dough.

Pop the tray in the oven for around 10 minutes. Cool a bit when done, then move to a rack to fully cool.

Blend the frosting with a few drops of food dye in a small bowl until it turns pink all over.

Fill your frosting into a piping bag and snip the end.

Pipe the frosting onto half the cookies, then sandwich them by placing a second cookie on top. Press gently.
