Easy Apple Cinnamon Bread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup peeled and diced apples
02 - 2 tablespoons baking powder
03 - 2 cups regular granulated sugar
04 - ⅔ cup neutral vegetable oil
05 - 4 cups plain all-purpose flour
06 - 1 teaspoon fine salt
07 - 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder
08 - 2 large eggs
09 - 2 cups whole milk

→ Mix In

10 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
11 - ⅔ cup regular granulated sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and grease your loaf pans well.
02 - In a medium bowl, toss together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Leave aside for now.
03 - Using a stand mixer or a large mixing bowl with a beater, mix together milk, eggs, and oil until they just start to blend.
04 - Slowly stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture. Add in diced apples and cinnamon as you finish combining.
05 - Scoop the batter into the loaf pans. Stop when they’re two-thirds full so it doesn’t overflow.
06 - Mix sugar and cinnamon together in a small dish. Sprinkle on top of each loaf and gently swirl it in with a butter knife.
07 - Put the pans in the oven for around 40 minutes. They’re ready when a toothpick poked in comes out dry.

# Notes:

01 - Only fill each loaf pan 2/3 full so the batter has space to rise.
02 - Check doneness by poking the middle with a toothpick. It should come out with no wet batter.
