# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 0.25 teaspoon fine salt
02 - 0.25 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 125 grams plain flour
04 - 60 grams unsalted butter, melted
05 - 100 grams granulated sugar
06 - 1 ripe banana, mashed

# Instructions:

01 - Give the cookies a few minutes to rest on the tray. Then, pop them onto a rack and dig in while they're still warm.
02 - Toss the tray in the middle of the oven. Let them go for 8 to 10 minutes. You're looking for the edges to turn golden.
03 - Scoop dough onto your lined tray. Keep a bit of space between each bit.
04 - Sprinkle in your flour, baking soda, and the salt. Gently stir everything together, but don't work it too much.
05 - Mash your banana in a bowl, tip in the melted butter and sugar, and stir until it looks smooth all over.
06 - Set your oven to 175°C or 350°F. Grab a baking sheet and lay down some parchment paper.

# Notes:

01 - Eat these cookies warm while they're soft. Want extra flavor? Toss in some nuts or chocolate chips.
02 - Pop leftovers in a sealed container so they'll stay fresh for up to three days.
