Give the cookies a few minutes to rest on the tray. Then, pop them onto a rack and dig in while they're still warm.

Toss the tray in the middle of the oven. Let them go for 8 to 10 minutes. You're looking for the edges to turn golden.

Scoop dough onto your lined tray. Keep a bit of space between each bit.
