01 -
Set your oven to 200°C, about 400°F, and let it get nice and hot.
02 -
Mix olive oil, unsalted butter, honey, brown sugar, garlic, salt, mustard, basil, and oregano together in a bowl. Scoop out a spoonful or two of sauce and set aside for later.
03 -
Spread a little olive oil over a baking sheet. Toss on the chopped sweet potato and small potatoes. Throw on some salt and pepper, then stir so everything has seasoning.
04 -
Put the kielbasa slices all over those potatoes. Brush on loads of honey garlic sauce, but don't use the part you set aside earlier. Slide it into the oven for about 20 minutes.
05 -
While that's cooking, give your chopped broccoli a quick toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. After 20 minutes, pile the broccoli onto the pan and put it back in the oven. Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, just until the broccoli gets bright and soft.
06 -
Pull the baking pan out of the oven. You can brush the reserved sauce over the sausage or just pour it all over everything before you dish it up.
