Effortless Honey Garlic Kielbasa (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 2 heads broccoli, chopped up
02 - 4 small potatoes, cut into pieces
03 - 1 sweet potato, diced
04 - 1 kielbasa sausage, cut into slices

→ Sheet Pan Seasoning

05 - pinch black pepper
06 - 1-2 teaspoons kosher salt
07 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Honey Garlic Sauce

08 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
09 - 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
10 - 1 tablespoon Dijon or stone-ground mustard
11 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
12 - 3 cloves garlic, minced up
13 - 1.5 tablespoons brown sugar
14 - 2 tablespoons honey
15 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
16 - 2 tablespoons olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 200°C, about 400°F, and let it get nice and hot.
02 - Mix olive oil, unsalted butter, honey, brown sugar, garlic, salt, mustard, basil, and oregano together in a bowl. Scoop out a spoonful or two of sauce and set aside for later.
03 - Spread a little olive oil over a baking sheet. Toss on the chopped sweet potato and small potatoes. Throw on some salt and pepper, then stir so everything has seasoning.
04 - Put the kielbasa slices all over those potatoes. Brush on loads of honey garlic sauce, but don't use the part you set aside earlier. Slide it into the oven for about 20 minutes.
05 - While that's cooking, give your chopped broccoli a quick toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. After 20 minutes, pile the broccoli onto the pan and put it back in the oven. Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes, just until the broccoli gets bright and soft.
06 - Pull the baking pan out of the oven. You can brush the reserved sauce over the sausage or just pour it all over everything before you dish it up.

# Notes:

01 - Try baby red, Yukon gold, or even purple potatoes if you want more colors and some different bite.
02 - Leftovers heat up best in a hot oven at 175°C, 350°F, for about 10 minutes.
