Tuna Mayo Balls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1-1½ cups crispy seaweed strips
02 - 150 grams tuna from a can
03 - 2 cups pre-cooked sushi rice
04 - 2-3 tablespoons creamy Japanese-style mayo
05 - 1 tablespoon of sesame oil for flavor

# Instructions:

01 - In a big bowl, toss together the cooked rice, sesame oil, mayonnaise, tuna, and shredded seaweed until everything’s combined well.
02 - Push down the mixture firmly in the bowl and slice it into 8 triangles with a spatula, or just eyeball 8 equal pieces.
03 - Using gloved or clean bare hands, shape each piece into a ball. Dig in right away.

# Notes:

01 - If it feels too dry and hard to shape, add a little more mayo to soften it up.
