Garlic Miso Chicken Quick (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 tablespoon minced garlic
02 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
03 - 1 tablespoon honey
04 - 2 tablespoons mirin
05 - 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
06 - 2 tablespoons white miso paste
07 - 4 tablespoons minced green onions
08 - 8 boneless skinless chicken thighs

→ Garnish

09 - fresh cilantro
10 - sliced green onions

# Instructions:

01 - Scoop up any tasty juices from the pan and brush them over the chicken. Toss on some cilantro and extra green onions. Serve right away while it's still hot.
02 - Put the chicken under the broiler for about 2 minutes. This helps get a sweet, golden layer on top. Just make sure the chicken hits 74°C inside.
03 - Set your air fryer to 160°C and cook the chicken for 20 minutes. Remember to flip the thighs over when you hit the halfway mark.
04 - Cover your air fryer basket or tray with foil or parchment. Lay all the chicken out flat and pour any leftover glaze on top.
05 - Pop the chicken thighs into the bowl. Give them a good rub so every piece is coated all over with the miso mix.
06 - Dump the white miso, rice vinegar, honey, mirin, garlic, and soy sauce into a bowl. Stir it up until you have a creamy marinade.

# Notes:

01 - If you're using an oven, bake at 190°C for about 30-35 minutes and flip them over once. Want more color? Broil for the last 2 minutes. Add extra time if your chicken still has bones, and always double-check the temp with a quick thermometer.
