Effortless Ground Beef Spinach Feta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - Salt and black pepper, as much as you like
02 - 1 teaspoon (2 g) paprika
03 - 1 teaspoon (2 g) dried oregano
04 - 2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
05 - 1 medium onion, diced
06 - 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
07 - 2 cups (60 g) fresh spinach, chopped small
08 - 450 g ground beef

→ Topping

09 - 15 g fresh parsley, chopped for sprinkling
10 - 75 g feta cheese, broken into chunks

# Instructions:

01 - Throw that freshly chopped parsley on top and enjoy while it’s hot.
02 - Take the pan off the heat, then sprinkle with your feta. Just let it sit for a minute so the cheese melts a bit.
03 - Toss in your spinach, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Keep the pan going for three to four more minutes, just until your greens start to wilt and everything smells amazing.
04 - Put your ground beef in. Smash it around with a spoon as it cooks so you don’t get any big clumps. Let it go for around five to seven minutes. If there’s too much grease, just pour some out.
05 - Pour in olive oil and warm it up over medium. Drop in your diced onion and chopped garlic. Cook them about three or four minutes, until they’re soft and you start smelling them.

# Notes:

01 - Mixing ground lamb with beef gives you a stronger, heartier taste.
02 - If you want it softer, pick baby spinach leaves.
03 - You could squeeze in a little lemon juice at the end for a pop of fresh flavor.
