Watermelon Cucumber Feta Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Herbs and Seasonings

01 - Olive oil, however much you like
02 - Some black pepper, freshly cracked
03 - Kosher salt, just a pinch or two
04 - Juice squeezed from a lime
05 - A handful of basil, chopped up
06 - A tablespoon mint, fresh and chopped

→ Salad Components

07 - 85 grams feta, diced up (that’s 3 ounces)
08 - A cup of Persian cucumbers (2 small ones), sliced up
09 - 4 cups watermelon (1 little one), rind off and cut in chunks

# Instructions:

01 - Carefully toss it all in the bowl so every chunk gets coated, try a bite and sprinkle more salt or pepper if you want, then dig in while it’s fresh.
02 - Pour a good squeeze of that lime over everything, trickle some olive oil on, and finish off with salt and pepper.
03 - Throw the watermelon cubes, cucumber slices, feta, then scatter chopped mint and basil right in your big serving bowl.

# Notes:

01 - Chill your watermelon first and use it right before putting everything together. It tastes way better that way.
