# Ingredients:

02 - 480 millilitres whole milk

05 - 265 grams white sugar
06 - 450 grams softened cream cheese
07 - 300–370 grams chopped mini croissants

# Instructions:

01 - Let things chill for a few minutes before you dig in. Enjoy it while it’s still cozy and warm.
02 - Put your dish into the oven you already heated up and let it bake 35–40 minutes. You’re looking for a set middle.
03 - Walk away and let your mixture rest about 20 minutes, so those croissants really soak up all that creamy custard. Want to plan ahead? Stick the dish in the fridge overnight.
04 - Drizzle that creamy custard all over the croissants. Make sure nothing stays dry.
05 - Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Toss in sugar, eggs, and vanilla—keep mixing till it all comes together. Stir in the milk so the custard turns silky.
