Fresh Kiwi Tangy Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lemon, juiced
02 - 1 cup of water
03 - 3/4 cup white sugar
04 - 6 kiwis, peeled and cut into chunks

# Instructions:

01 - Heat up water and sugar in a pot over medium heat. Stir till the sugar dissolves completely. Set aside to cool down.
02 - Toss the prepared kiwi pieces into a blender and blend till they're nice and smooth.
03 - For a silky finish, pass the kiwi blend through a fine strainer to catch the seeds.
04 - Mix the cooled syrup with the strained kiwi puree and fresh lemon juice. Chill in the fridge for about 2 hours.
05 - Pour everything into an ice cream maker and churn as per the directions. No ice cream maker? Use a wide container, freeze, and stir every half hour till it firms up.
06 - Enjoy the soft sorbet straight away or store it in a sealed container in the freezer until it's set.

# Notes:

01 - Top with fresh kiwi slices or a pinch of lime zest for extra flair. Edible flowers make it fancy!
02 - Serve it with crunchy shortbread or sprinkle crushed pistachios for texture.
03 - Layer it up with coconut sorbet or mango sorbet in glasses. Freeze each layer before adding the next.
04 - Turn this into frozen kiwi pops! Use ice pop molds and sticks for easy treats.
