Cheesy Garlic Chicken (Print Version)

01 - 1/4 cup mayonnaise
02 - 1 cup cooked chicken, pulled apart
03 - 2 slices of garlic bread
04 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
05 - 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
06 - 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
07 - Salt and pepper to your liking

# Instructions:

01 - Mix together the pulled chicken, Dijon mustard, mayo, and some salt and pepper in a bowl.
02 - Spread the chicken mix over one piece of garlic bread. Sprinkle the mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
03 - Place the second slice on top and cook on a medium-heat skillet. Let it toast until crispy and the cheese is gooey, flipping after 4-5 minutes each side.
04 - Serve hot and enjoy!

# Notes:

01 - Homemade garlic bread or store-bought both work great.
02 - Chop up some basil or parsley to sprinkle on for freshness.
03 - Kick up the heat with a splash of hot sauce or a pinch of chili flakes.
