In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and bell peppers until soft (5-7 minutes).

Add steak and garlic; cook until the steak is browned but tender (4-5 minutes).

Slice the baguette lengthwise without cutting all the way through; scoop out some interior.
