Garlic Shrimp Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
02 - 1 pound (450g) shrimp, deveined and shell removed
03 - 3 minced garlic cloves
04 - 2 tablespoons butter
05 - 1 cup of creamy heavy cream
06 - 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
07 - 1/2 cup mozzarella, shredded
08 - 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs
09 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
10 - Salt and pepper as needed
11 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped for topping

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and let it heat up completely.
02 - Melt butter in a medium pan with the heat set to medium. Toss in the garlic and stir it until you smell that garlic aroma.
03 - Put the shrimp in the pan, sprinkle salt and pepper, and fry them until they turn pink; about 2-3 minutes. Take them off the stove.
04 - Spread your shrimp evenly inside a baking dish. Pour the cream over them. Top everything off with a mix of Parmesan, mozzarella, and breadcrumbs. Drizzle olive oil, then sprinkle oregano.
05 - Bake for around 15-20 minutes, or until the top looks golden and everything is bubbling.
06 - Toss parsley on top for garnish and enjoy while hot.

01 - Frozen shrimp works fine, but ensure it’s completely defrosted before you cook.
02 - Pair it with pasta or crusty bread to make it a full meal.
03 - For deeper flavor, sprinkle in a dash of white wine while cooking the shrimp.
