Glaze Donut Mug Cake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Mug Cake Base

01 - 2.5 milliliters vanilla extract
02 - 45 milliliters whole milk
03 - 1.25 grams baking powder
04 - 32 grams all-purpose flour
05 - 25 grams granulated sugar
06 - 42 grams unsalted butter, melted

→ Sugar Glaze

07 - 5 milliliters whole milk
08 - 1.25 milliliters vanilla extract
09 - 8 grams powdered sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Pour that sweet glaze right on top of your warm cake in the mug then dig in.
02 - Use a small bowl and stir together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla till smooth and thick.
03 - Pop your mug in the microwave and blast it on high for anywhere from a minute to two until it looks puffy and set.
04 - Spoon that batter into a big microwave-safe mug, just fill it halfway or you'll have a mess.
05 - Toss in flour and baking powder with your wet stuff and mix till there aren't any lumps and it's silky.
06 - First, in a bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, vanilla, and sugar so it all comes together nicely.
