→ For Cooking

10 - 60 ml olive oil

# Instructions:

01 - Toss everything into a bowl—start with the turkey, then add parsley, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, mustard, and finally the mayo. Give it a good mix till it looks pretty even.
02 - Wet your hands just a little. Scoop up the mix and press it into four patties, kinda thick—about 1.25 cm each.
03 - Pour olive oil into a big pan. Let it get hot but don’t let it smoke—just a nice shimmer is good.
04 - Carefully set patties in the pan. Let them sizzle for about 5 minutes, then flip and do the same on the other side. You want a nice golden outside and make sure they're cooked all the way through.
05 - Once the burgers are done, move them out of the pan right away. Eat them hot and throw on whatever fixings or sides you like.

# Notes:

01 - Wet your hands first so the turkey mix doesn't get stuck all over them, and your patties will look nicer, too.
02 - Thick patties cook better if they're all the same, so try to shape them even.
03 - Best served hot, either on its own, with fries, or pop into a sandwich if you want.
