Gooey Deep Dish Pie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 500g (2 cans) chickpeas or white beans, rinsed and drained
02 - 1 1/2 cups coconut sugar or regular brown sugar
03 - 1 cup chocolate chips
04 - 1 cup almond flour or quick oats
05 - 1/4 cup unsweetened yogurt or applesauce
06 - 1/4 cup peanut butter or 3 tbsp oil
07 - 1/2 tsp baking soda
08 - 1/2 tsp salt
09 - 2 tsp vanilla extract, pure
10 - 2 tsp baking powder

# Instructions:

01 - Give the beans a good rinse and let them drain completely.
02 - Grab a food processor and blend everything except the chocolate chips. Keep blending until it's smooth.
03 - Once smooth, gently stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
04 - Coat a 9 or 10-inch springform pan with grease or spray. Then pour in the batter.
05 - Put it in the oven at 350°F (175°C) and leave it for about 35 minutes. Let it settle for 10 minutes before taking it out of the pan.
06 - Dig in while it's warm, or let it cool completely if you like. Keep any leftovers in storage.

01 - If you want it smoother, try using a food processor instead of a blender.
